Can I change or cancel days?
Swap days with 48 hours' notice, subject to space. Weekly plans are billed over 50 weeks, so two weeks of holiday a year cost nothing. Plans are rolling monthly, with no long contract.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. Every new dog starts with a free 3-hour settle-in session. It's how we get to know them, check how they play and choose the right pack. No obligation to book afterwards.
How long does a groom take?
From 45 minutes for a puppy intro up to around 3 hours for a large full groom. Our groom builder shows the time for your dog, and we text you 30 minutes before they're ready.
Does my dog need to be neutered?
Dogs over 12 months should be neutered or spayed for group daycare. Not there yet? Talk to us: we'll often find a spot in a smaller group. Girls stay home during a season and for two weeks after.
