02Are their vaccinations up to date, including leptospirosis?
03Have they had the kennel cough vaccine?
04Are flea and worm treatments current?
05If they're over 12 months, are they neutered or spayed?

Asked at the gate
How young can they start?
From 12 weeks, as long as it's at least 2 weeks after their second vaccination. Bring the vaccination card to the meet and greet.
Do you toilet train?
We stick to your routine: regular garden breaks after naps, play and food, and we'll tell you how they did.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Up-to-date core vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus) and leptospirosis, plus the kennel cough vaccine. Flea and worm treatment should be current too. Bring the vaccination card to your meet and greet.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. Every new dog starts with a free 3-hour settle-in session. It's how we get to know them, check how they play and choose the right pack. No obligation to book afterwards.
Does my dog need to be neutered?
Dogs over 12 months should be neutered or spayed for group daycare. Not there yet? Talk to us: we'll often find a spot in a smaller group. Girls stay home during a season and for two weeks after.
Anything else? Call 01632 960584 and you'll speak to someone who's been in the field today.
