Questions

Asked at the gate

What if I'm not home at drop-off?

We can use a key safe, a neighbour or a garage code. We send a photo when your dog is safely inside.

Is the bus price per dog?

No, it's £7 a day per household, however many dogs you have.

What vaccinations does my dog need?

Up-to-date core vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus) and leptospirosis, plus the kennel cough vaccine. Flea and worm treatment should be current too. Bring the vaccination card to your meet and greet.

Is the first session really free?

Yes. Every new dog starts with a free 3-hour settle-in session. It's how we get to know them, check how they play and choose the right pack. No obligation to book afterwards.

Does my dog need to be neutered?

Dogs over 12 months should be neutered or spayed for group daycare. Not there yet? Talk to us: we'll often find a spot in a smaller group. Girls stay home during a season and for two weeks after.

Anything else? Call 01632 960584 and you'll speak to someone who's been in the field today.

See you at the gate
