Asked at the gate
How long will my dog be with you?
Usually 1 to 3 hours depending on size and coat. We text you 30 minutes before they're ready, so there's no waiting around.
What if my dog is matted?
We'll brush out what's comfortable. If the matting is tight to the skin, we'll call you before doing a short, kind clip. Welfare first, always.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Up-to-date core vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus) and leptospirosis, plus the kennel cough vaccine. Flea and worm treatment should be current too. Bring the vaccination card to your meet and greet.
Is the first session really free?
Yes. Every new dog starts with a free 3-hour settle-in session. It's how we get to know them, check how they play and choose the right pack. No obligation to book afterwards.
Does my dog need to be neutered?
Dogs over 12 months should be neutered or spayed for group daycare. Not there yet? Talk to us: we'll often find a spot in a smaller group. Girls stay home during a season and for two weeks after.
Anything else? Call 01632 960584 and you'll speak to someone who's been in the field today.
