Real words from the people who hand us their dogs every week. (Well, example words: this is a design demo.)

The regulars

4.9★ from 286 owners

Biscuit, cockapoo

“We tried two other daycares and Biscuit came home wired and anxious from both. At Brindle he's in a group of six, he naps properly, and the 1pm photos make my day. He sprints to the bus door every morning.”
Sarah T. · Pannal

Otis, labrador

“The price list is the price. No 'he was a big boy today' charge at collection like our old groomer. Otis comes back smelling amazing and genuinely calm.”
James & Ellie R. · Knaresborough

Pickle, shih tzu

“Finally a groomer who doesn't rush. Pickle's teddy-bear cut is perfect every time, and she trots in happily instead of hiding under the car.”
Priya K. · Harrogate

Luna, rescue collie

“Luna is nervous with new dogs. They put her in the Steady Pack, took the settle-in slowly and sent me a video of her finally playing. I was in bits.”
Mark D. · Wetherby

Monty, corgi puppy

“Puppy Club has been worth every penny. He learned his recall at Brindle before he learned it with us, and the weekly home tips are brilliant.”
Hannah W. · Ripon

Bear & Snow, samoyeds

“The bus has changed our mornings. Same driver, a text when he's ten minutes away, and two very fluffy dogs home after a full day, happily shattered.”
Tom B. · Killinghall

Rosie, golden retriever

“Rosie had a sore paw one afternoon and they rang me straight away, cleaned it and sent photos. That's the level of care you want.”
Alison G. · Bilton, Harrogate

Bramble & Fig, two rescues

“Two dogs, 20% off the second, one bus fee. The monthly plan is cheaper than our old pay-as-you-go and the two free holiday weeks are a great touch.”
Chris & Sam L. · Starbeck

Questions

Asked at the gate

What vaccinations does my dog need?

Up-to-date core vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus) and leptospirosis, plus the kennel cough vaccine. Flea and worm treatment should be current too. Bring the vaccination card to your meet and greet.

Is the first session really free?

Yes. Every new dog starts with a free 3-hour settle-in session. It's how we get to know them, check how they play and choose the right pack. No obligation to book afterwards.

Does my dog need to be neutered?

Dogs over 12 months should be neutered or spayed for group daycare. Not there yet? Talk to us: we'll often find a spot in a smaller group. Girls stay home during a season and for two weeks after.

What happens when it rains?

Yorkshire weather is no problem. The Barn is a heated indoor play space with rubber flooring and plenty of games. Muddy dogs are towel-dried and brushed before home time.

Can I change or cancel days?

Swap days with 48 hours' notice, subject to space. Weekly plans are billed over 50 weeks, so two weeks of holiday a year cost nothing. Plans are rolling monthly, with no long contract.

Anything else? Call 01632 960584 and you'll speak to someone who's been in the field today.
